Bicycles for Education and Empowerment

On July 26, Zonta Club Kathmandu visited Madi and Ratnanagar Tadi Municipalities in Chitwan district and gifted bicycles to 15 girls and women. The bicycles will help reduce their commute time to college and workplace. Thus, giving these girls and women more time to study, work and engage in other priority activities. Zonta believes that the initiative will eventually empower these women.
